Pengertian/meaning

Simple Past Tense adalah suatu bentuk kata kerja sederhana untuk menunjukkan bahwa suatu kejadian terjadi di masa lampau. Pada simple past tense, waktu kejadian (yesterday, last two days, last year) atau periode waktunya (for two months, for a day, for an hour) dapat disebutkan secara spesifik.

Simple Past Tense is a simple form of the verb to indicate that an event occurred in the past . In the simple past tense , time of occurrence ( yesterday , last two days , last year) or the period of time ( for two months , for a day , for an hour ) may be mentioned specifically .

Rumus

Positif : S + V-2/ past form + O + M

Negatif : S + to be (was/ were)/ Auxiliary verbs (did) + not + Verb Word + O + M

Interrogatif : To be (was/were) /Auxiliary verbs (did) + S + Verb Word + O + M

Contoh Kalimat

Positif : 

1. He took courses last year
2. They enjoyed music much
3. He ate Pizza Last Week
4. He played Games last Month

Negatif :

1. He Did not eat Pizza last week 
2. He did not take courses last year
3. They did not enjoy music much
4. He play games last month?

Interrogatif :

1. Did He eat Pizza last week ?
